The Barrier-Free Tourism Day will take place again this year, celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026. The event will be held on September 5 in Orfű, Hungary, offering visitors a full day of diverse and exciting activities.
What makes the event special is that it creates opportunities for people with and without disabilities to share experiences, enjoy themselves and connect with one another. The organizers aim to provide participants with the opportunity to discover new possibilities together, while also raising awareness of the importance of accessibility, inclusion and equal opportunities through a wide range of activities.
Throughout the day, visitors can choose from a variety of programs, including concerts, a puppet show, sports activities, a free lunch, a magic show, a foam party, as well as expert talks focusing on the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
PPP has been supporting the Barrier-Free Tourism Day for the third consecutive year. This year, we are contributing to the event by providing refreshing cold drinks and slushies, giving participants the opportunity to cool down and recharge between activities.
We are delighted to once again be part of this special initiative and to contribute to a day dedicated to shared experiences, community and inclusion.
See you on September 5 in Orfű!
