FOOD SAFETY POLICY
Our basic goal is to meet the expectations of our customers, the mutually agreed and accepted requirements, as well as the applicable international and local laws and regulatory conditions with our activities and the constant good quality of our products. We have identified external and internal factors that may affect our expected results and are constantly updating this information. We constantly monitor the needs of our customers and we design our product production processes, systems according to customer needs, following the recommendations of good manufacturing practice.
In order to obtain and maintain the system certification, we strive and are committed to meet the requirements of the FSSC 22000 standard and food safety at the highest possible level, fulfill these with a view to continuous improvement.
Our goal is to produce safe food under high hygienic conditions, applying the principles of HACCP. We consider it important and necessary that all our employees have the necessary food safety competencies and our goal is to keep this at the right level at all times.
We are constantly developing our product manufacturing technology to produce safe food and increase economic results.
By applying the food safety management system, we aim to continuously reduce the number of complaints and keep them below the level set in our targets, and to avoid food safety incidents and negative health consequences due to the consumption of our products. When setting our other goals, we pay primary attention to food safety factors and their development, we review our goals at specified intervals and, if necessary, amend them or set new ones.
We are committed to protecting our environment. We make every effort to reduce the amount of energy used without compromising product safety.
Our goal is to continuously meet the evaluation criteria of our customers and increase their satisfaction. We strive for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, subcontractors and customers, and we therefore communicate effectively with them, as well as with the relevant authorities, to ensure the necessary food safety knowledge for all stakeholders.
Through our internal communication, we ensure that information that is important for food safety is available to us in a timely manner about all influencing factors, and that the decisions made by them continuously guarantee food safety.
It is a fundamental duty of every member of the organization to be committed to quality and food safety and to do everything in its power to ensure that the company operates effectively.
