A projekt tartalmának bemutatása:
FleXoco Termelő Ltd. was founded in September 2013 in Hungary and is based in Pécs. Its main activities are powder-based food production, packaging, contract manufacturing and product development. 99% of the volume produced is sold to export markets. In addition to EU Member States, it also supplies its products to Russian and Middle Eastern markets. Based on customer needs, the company does not only manufacture. As part of a complex service, from product development through the procurement and production of raw materials, FleXoco even provides the distribution of finished products. In addition, it implements food product developments in international cooperation. In designing each system, the company pays special attention to the ergonomic needs of its healthy and disabled employees. Regular internal and external training ensures the continuous development of all employees and, through this, compliance with market needs. Under the tender, we will provide 6 trainees with a secondary education under the age of 25 with the opportunity to gain an internship in a production area, thus helping them to find a job in the future labor market.

Presentation of the project content:
During the implementation of the project, reference consumer groups will be created from the consumer groups of the products resulting from the research and development. After genetic testing of the members of the groups, the composition of the optimal, milk-based, functional food type for the given group is determined. Based on the determined optimal product composition, after the selection of the appropriate raw materials, the development of recipes and technologies will begin, which can be used to produce product types that:
– have a positive physiological effect on each consumer group, based on their genetic testing
– healthy, have a positive physiological effect on consumers
– can be stored well under general conditions or durable
– they are easy and quick to make
– provide a base for the production of additional special products
During the project, a consumer test of products prepared and developed under laboratory conditions will be carried out, within the framework of which another genetic examination of the control target groups will be carried out. After evaluating the test results, the product types are optimized. The optimal production technology of the finished product and the development of its large-scale manufacturability for industrial use take place partly at the same time as industrial development.
